For the past 15 years, Jon Hight has worked at Weldon’s who now owns Weldon’s along with his wife, Dusty Hight. Previous owners, Tom and Charla Starnes ran our nontraditional butcher's market and helped it grow into the shop it is now.
And even though our meat shop has changed ownership over the past 41 years, every owner has made the same commitment to providing great customer service and high quality food.

We also sell Allegro Marinade, Richard’s Honey, Braswell’s jams, jellies, and preserves, Wicked Mix snacks, Stone Wall Kitchen items, Terrapin Ridge Farms snacks, and Laffitte’s Cajun Pickles and Candied Jalapeno's.
We sell USDA upper 2/3 top choice Creek Stone Farm Black Angus Beef.
